Dark Horse Millwork is a well-established custom millwork shop specializing in high-end cabinetry, furniture, and interior architectural elements. We are currently seeking a Master Carpenter / Cabinet Maker to join our team.
Position Requirements:
We’re looking for a motivated, skilled, and detail-oriented professional who takes pride in craftsmanship and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Custom cabinet and furniture building
- Cabinet and millwork installations
- CNC machine operation and programming
- Edge banding and finishing work
- Reading and interpreting blueprints
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Working both independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in custom woodworking and cabinetry
- Excellent finishing skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage timelines and work with minimal supervision
- Solid understanding of wood types, tools, and fabrication methods
- Experience with CNC equipment is a strong asset
- Good computer skills are an asset
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation required

Mike Moore Construction Ltd. is looking to hire additional employees.
We are a non union General Contractor based in Sault Ste. Marie, ON.
We are extremely Safety oriented and committed to all aspects of Safety. CoR Certified.
Our construction venues are Concrete (self preformed), Steel Building erection (supply & install) and Carpentry (ICI Sector). The positions offered involve out of town work. Room & Board is paid by MMC and transportation to the jobsite is provided by MMC.
We require the following individuals to hire with 3-5 years of field experience:
- Skilled Labourers well versed in all our construction areas
- Concrete formwork carpenters
- Iron workers and sheeters experienced in pre-engineered metal buildings
- Carpenters
Competitive wage based on your skills and experience.
Our Company offers a Group Plan and a Register Pension Plan after the three month probationary period has been completed.
